We have a cool new cat accessory. It’s a battery powered microchip activated cat flap. It works extremely well and I like knowing that other cats can’t get in and eat Cypher’s food.

I doubt if it’ll stop the ants coming in for the moat-protected cat food (probably have their own mini-RFID tags (Radio Frequency IDentification). Damned clever, those ant colonies. Last thing you want are formica (Latin for “ant”) on the Formica ™ counter tops.
The innovative flap-release via a pre-assigned, unique RFID “chipped” cat is revolutionary. Many cats HATE wearing collars (they’ll scratch themselves to destruction in effects to remove it rather than have an irritating neck adornment).
I think it should be MUCH MORE widely advertised as a wonderful ‘stray cat intrusion’ problem-solver.
